Welcome to UltraGirl Unlimited. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the website at ultragirlunlimited.com (the "Site"), published by Tenth Panel Media ("we," "us," or "our").
By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Site, to subscribe to our mailing list, or to leave a comment. By using the Site you confirm that you meet this requirement.
2. What you may do
We grant you a personal, limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view the Site for your own non-commercial use.
You are welcome to link to the Site, share our pages on social media, and quote short excerpts with attribution and a link back.
3. What you may not do
You agree not to:
- Copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, or sell any content from the Site beyond the short-excerpt allowance above, without our written permission
- Remove, crop out, or obscure any watermark, credit, or copyright notice
- Use any content from the Site to train machine learning or artificial intelligence models
- Scrape, harvest, crawl, or use automated tools to extract content, except for legitimate search engine indexing
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its server, or any connected system
- Interfere with the operation of the Site or introduce malicious code
- Use the Site for any unlawful purpose, or in any way that harasses, defames, or infringes the rights of others

4. Our content and intellectual property
All original content on the Site — including photographs, comics, artwork, characters, logos, page designs, and written text — is owned by Tenth Panel Media or used with permission, and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
UltraGirl (Ashley Kelly), Liberty City, the Protectors of Ultrania, and related original characters, names, and storylines are our creative property.
The Site also discusses characters and properties owned by others — including characters published by Marvel Comics, DC Comics, and Big Bang Comics. Those characters remain the property of their respective owners. We reference them for informational and editorial purposes. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of those companies, and no claim of ownership over their properties is made or implied.
If you believe content on the Site infringes your copyright, contact us at the email address below with enough detail to identify the work and the material in question, and we will review it promptly.
5. Comments and user submissions
Comments are moderated. We review submissions before publishing and may decline, edit, or remove any comment at our discretion, for any reason or none.
You are responsible for anything you post. Do not post content that is unlawful, harassing, hateful, threatening, sexually explicit, defamatory, spam, or that infringes anyone's rights.
By posting a comment, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to display, store, and reproduce it on the Site. You keep ownership of what you write.
We are not obligated to monitor comments, and we are not responsible for the content of comments posted by visitors.
6. Email list
Subscribing to our mailing list is voluntary. We use your address as described in our Privacy Policy. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email we send.
7. Membership and Patreon
Any paid membership we offer is hosted on Patreon, a separate company operating a separate website. Your membership, payments, billing, refunds, and access to member content are governed by Patreon's own terms and policies, not by these Terms.
We do not process payments on this Site and do not handle your payment information.
8. Links to other websites
The Site contains links to third-party websites, including Patreon, social media platforms, and reference sites. We provide these links for convenience. We do not control those sites, do not endorse them, and are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Visiting them is at your own risk.
Affiliate links. Some links on this site, marked where they appear, are affiliate links. As an Amazon Associate, UltraGirl Unlimited earns from qualifying purchases. This does not change the price you pay.
9. Availability and changes to the Site
We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site at any time without notice. We do not guarantee that the Site will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.
10. Disclaimer of warranties
The Site and everything on it are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranty that the Site will be secure, accurate, complete, or uninterrupted.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tenth Panel Media and anyone associated with it will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site — including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption — regardless of the legal theory and even if we were advised such damages were possible.
Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability to you for all claims relating to the Site is limited to one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tenth Panel Media from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of the rights of any third party.
13. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law rules. You agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Texas, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top. Material changes will be noted on the Site. Continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept the revised Terms.
15. Miscellaneous
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in full effect. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Site.
