UltraGirl Unlimited ("we," "us," or "our") operates the website at ultragirlunlimited.com (the "Site"). The Site is published by Tenth Panel Media.
This policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and what choices you have. We have tried to write it in plain language rather than legal boilerplate.
The short version
We collect very little. If you never subscribe to our email list and never leave a comment, the only information we handle about you is standard analytics and the technical data every website receives when your browser requests a page.
We do not sell your information. We do not share it with advertisers. We do not process payments on this Site.
Information we collect
Information you give us
Email address. If you subscribe to our mailing list, we collect the email address you enter. That is the only field our signup form asks for.
Comments. If you leave a comment, we collect the comment text along with the name and email address you supply, and the IP address the comment was submitted from. Comments are moderated and are not published until approved.
Information collected automatically
Technical and usage data. Like nearly all websites, our server and our content delivery network record standard request information: IP address, browser type and version, device type, operating system, referring page, pages viewed, and the date and time of each request.
IP addresses for spam prevention. We retain the IP address associated with comment submissions specifically to identify and block spam and abusive submissions.
Analytics. We use Google Analytics, delivered through Google Tag Manager and the Site Kit by Google plugin, to understand how the Site is used in aggregate — which pages are visited, how visitors arrive, and general traffic patterns. This is configured to help us improve the Site, not to identify individuals.
Cookies and consent
Cookies are small files stored by your browser. We use them for two purposes:
- Necessary cookies that make the Site function, including remembering your cookie preferences and, if you comment, your name and email so you do not have to retype them.
- Analytics cookies set by Google Analytics, as described above.
We use CookieYes to present a consent banner and to record your choices. You can change or withdraw your consent at any time through that banner. You can also block or delete cookies through your browser settings, though some parts of the Site may not work as intended if you do.
Third-party services we use
We use a small number of outside services. Each has its own privacy policy governing how it handles data.

Patreon. Our membership offering is hosted on Patreon, which is a separate company and a separate website. If you follow a link to Patreon and subscribe there, everything that happens on Patreon — including all payment information — is governed by Patreon's own privacy policy and terms. We never see, collect, or store your payment details. No payment processing happens on this Site.
Email and how we use it
If you join our mailing list, we use your address to tell you about new content, comic releases, and the launch of our member site. We do not send messages on behalf of other companies, and we do not sell, rent, or trade our list.
Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link. You can also unsubscribe at any time by contacting us at the address at the bottom of this page. Unsubscribing removes you from future mailings.
How long we keep information
- Email list. Until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete you.
- Comments and their metadata. Retained indefinitely so that conversation threads stay intact, unless you ask us to remove them.
- Analytics data. Retained according to Google Analytics' standard retention settings.
- Server and security logs. Retained on a short rolling basis by our host and by Cloudflare.
Your choices and rights
Regardless of where you live, you can ask us to:
- Tell you what information we hold about you
- Correct information that is wrong
- Delete your information
- Remove you from our mailing list
If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you additionally have rights under the GDPR, including the right to object to processing, the right to restrict processing, the right to data portability, and the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
If you are a California resident, you have rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know what personal information is collected and the right to request deletion. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Children
This Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. You must be at least 13 years old to subscribe to our mailing list or leave a comment.
If you believe a child under 13 has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
Security
We use HTTPS across the entire Site and route traffic through Cloudflare. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we take reasonable measures appropriate to the limited amount of information we hold.
International visitors
The Site is operated from the United States. If you visit from elsewhere, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your country.
Links to other sites
The Site links to outside websites, including Patreon, our social media profiles, and reference pages such as comic wikis. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of any site we link to. This policy applies only to ultragirlunlimited.com.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date at the top. Material changes will be noted on the Site. Continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept the revised policy.
